THE PROBLEM
Most team pages look like a pile of random profile photos.
Different lighting, different crops, a holiday shot next to a studio portrait from three jobs ago. The fix isn't more headshots - it's one standard that holds.
WHAT'S DIFFERENT
One visual standard for your whole team
Same logic as the rest of OLBRAND - strategy before camera. Below is what that looks like: one shoot, one standard, real different people.

WHAT YOU CAN BOOK
Three ways in, depending on what you actually need the images for.
Not sure which fits? Tell me where the images will live and I'll point you to the right one.
FOR CAMERA-SHY TEAMS
Half the team won't want to do this.
That's normal.
Nobody has to perform or hold a pose. Small, clear directions, a few minutes each, done before it gets awkward.

FOR THE PERSON ORGANISING IT
One contact, one plan, a day that runs on time.
Schedule, prep notes, timing per person, a setup that fits your space. Easy to run, not another thing on your list.
HOW IT WORKS
1
Briefing call: we talk through team size, where the images will be used, your current look, and the standard we're setting.
2
Planning: you get a simple schedule and short prep notes to forward to the team - what to wear, when to show up.
3
Shoot day: we set up the lighting and guide each person through their portrait session in a calm and efficient way.
4
Selection and editing: you get a gallery, pick the ones you want, and I edit them to make everyone still look like themselves.
5
Delivery: final images arrive in high-resolution and web sizes, cropped and ready for your team page and LinkedIn.
THE BALANCE
The team should look like one company without losing the individual people inside it.
Consistent enough to work as a set. Human enough that each person still recognizes themselves. See more work

OFFICE OR STUDIO
Where the shoot happens
Two ways to do it - whichever fits your team better. The setup and the look stay identical either way, so it makes no difference to the final images which one you pick.
