THE PROBLEM
Your photo may be telling the wrong story
Before people work with you, they often look you up. They see your LinkedIn photo, your website image or the picture attached to your name somewhere online. And in a few seconds, they start forming an opinion.
If that photo is from an older chapter, it can quietly hold you back.
It may still show the old role. The old rate.
The old version of your confidence.
Not the person you have become.
OLBRAND'S FRAMEWORK
One visual standard for your whole team
A headshot tells people you're a professional. A session built on the OLBRAND Framework tells your full story.
CLARITY — THE THINKING
Where and how do you want to be seen?
Before any camera, we get clear on who the photos are for, what you want to be known for, and what people should trust you for the second they see you. Some people know straight away. Most find the words in the conversation.
That becomes the brief.
CAMERA — THE PROOF
Photos that prove it
Then the session executes the brief - every frame aimed at the presence you decided on, not a generic "professional" look. Clean, simple shots mixed with more human, less corporate moments.
Nothing improvised.
THE PROCESS
From clarity to camera, step by step
Five stages. Most of the thinking happens before the shoot — so on the day, you're executing a plan you've already approved. Start to finish is usually a couple of weeks, not months.
CONNECT
We start with a conversation
You book, and I send a short questionnaire and a brand workbook to start putting words to who you are now and who you're becoming. Then we talk - no camera in sight yet.
CLARIFY
We find how you want to be seen
In a 60–90 minute call over Zoom or in person we settle the five things every strong image needs: how you want to be perceived, who the photos are for, how your different roles fit into one presence, your visual identity, and what you want that presence to say before you've said a word.
CREATE
You get a written direction
I turn the conversation into a Brand & Shoot Direction deck - brief, color palette, mood boards, styling and the exact studio background - which you approve before the shoot. You see precisely what you're getting.
CAPTURE
Photoshoot time
The session fully guided start to finish: warm-up frames to settle in, your LinkedIn headshots, then the looser, more creative shots - often with a prop that means something to you. You don't need to know what to do. That's my job.
CONTINUE
You leave knowing how to use them
Every image you choose is fully retouched, then delivered in the crops and sizes that keep the same photo working everywhere you show up - LinkedIn headshot, banner, website, speaker bio - with a short guide on how to use them. One consistent presence, not five mismatched profiles.

WHY CLARITY COMES FIRST
×
Until we know where and how you want to be seen, new photos look good and say nothing.
So we settle the direction first. Then the camera has a job.
Not ready to book? The Personal Branding Workbook takes you through the clarity part on your own. Fair warning: it's real work, not a quick fix - but if you'd rather start solo, that's where to begin.
